No firearms (including BB guns, pellet guns, & air rifles) or bow and arrows are to be discharged in the park.
Snug Harbor Resort is a fireworks free property. No fireworks are allowed whether they leave the ground or not, including sparklers.
It’s a recommended safety precaution to have at least one fire extinguisher and one smoke detector in each unit.
Areas around each unit need to be kept free of clutter. Nothing flammable should be stored under your unit or slide-out (i.e. firewood, gasoline containers, etc.) for fire safety issues.
The sale or transfer of any unit must be approved by park owners before any sale is completed. Any past due rent or electric bills must be paid before final sale.

New or replacement sheds need to be approved by park management prior to purchasing. Shed sizes are subject to availability of space on each lot.
No unit can be moved off a lot or on a lot without first talking with the park management. Depending on the situation it may require specialized equipment and other tools/procedures to protect our underground sewer and water lines.
General cosmetic repairs are the personal responsibility of unit owners and are expected to be done in a timely manner. All units on each lot must be washed as needed. Snug Harbor reserves the right to require the resident to perform the necessary cleaning and/or repairs.
All trailers & Park Models are required to have skirting. The design and materials must be approved by the park manager prior to work being done. The following materials (examples: vinyl, aluminum, wolmanized siding or lattice with hex fence screening) can be used and must blend with the unit.
The main purpose of this is to keep leaves & debris out and for aesthetic reasons.
Units coming into the park can be no more than 20 years old without approval from Snug Harbor Resort management.
Water to the park will be turned on early to mid-May upon water testing completion. It will be turned off early October. Both dates are weather permitting.

Please maintain your water line and any other hoses you may have to prevent water leakage. If you have a leak you must correct the issue.
Sewer hook up from the ground to the unit is your responsibility.
Do not flush anything that could cause clogging of the system (examples: Food, disposable diapers, flushable wipes, tampons or sanitary napkins). Doing so can cause pipes to clog and sewer pumps to stop working creating costly repairs. Any blockage between your trailer and the hook-up, that results in a sewage repair cost, is your responsibility.
Snug Harbor Resort requires single ply toilet paper only. This is for the sustainability of the sanitary sewer system.
Use is intended for you and your immediate family. If you do have an occasional guest visiting, you must be there during their visit and are responsible for letting them know the park rules. This is for the courtesy and safety of all of our residents.

Dogs are not allowed on the beach and must be leashed to get to and from the boats (unless they are small enough to be carried).
The only exception to the leash policy is when you are exercising your dog(s) in the designated dog swim areas.
You are responsible for cleaning up your dog’s messes.
Dogs leashed by the trailer must be of a length that does not allow the dog to interfere with someone walking by your unit.
Pets that are aggressive will not be allowed. Snug Harbor Resort reserves the right to require a resident to remove their pet at any time.
Any visitors with pets must be made aware of these rules.

The dumpster is for household refuse only. All other items will need to be taken home for disposal.
Please break down and flatten any cardboard boxes before putting them in the dumpster.
When using the fish cleaning station, all remains need to be double bagged and put in the freezer which is located in the fish cleaning area. You are responsible for cleaning up the entire area by rinsing and sanitizing it.
Use designated parking only. Guests need to park in the guest parking area.
No parking is permitted behind the lakefront trailers, except for unloading.
Traffic to the lakefront trailers will enter from the west side through the gate. It is preferred for those vehicles to exit from the same west entrance. For those vehicles that are unable to exit to the west your exit will be to the east side. This exit is very narrow and children may be playing. Proceed with great caution! That drive is a one-way drive only from the lakefront to the lower parking area. There is to be no entering of the lakefront lots through this east entrance.
Boats are not allowed to be stored on the beach. All boats must be attached to a dock.
